Our policy does not include refunds; however, we do allow for exchanges in the event that customers receive items with defects, within five days of receiving their order. To initiate an exchange, kindly send a request via email to within the stipulated timeframe. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide a return label for you to send the package back to our facility within 3 days.
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in pristine condition, complete with all tags and devoid of any signs of wear. If the exchange is approved, we will notify you via email to proceed with your new order. In the event that the item does not meet our exchange standards, the customer will be responsible for a $10 re-delivery fee. For any inquiries, please reach out to us.
